We tend to download and
respond to emails mid-to-late morning each day (but when the
restaurant is particularly busy may have to skip a day). Therefore
if you are enquiring for a booking in the next day or so, please use
the telephone rather than email. If your call comes in the midst of
breakfast or dinner service, we may have to ask for your number in
order to call you back when the pressure has eased: a consequence of
a hands-on operation such as ours.
