I don't know where I have been looked after so well, so this is a little note of very grateful thanks for the beautiful duvet, the fresh milk in my bedroom, the wonderful shower - quite the best ever, Roy's delicious meals, all cooked and presented with such care. Never have I been so spoilt. Million thanks and all good wishes.
I often think of our stay at your wonderful establishment. I felt as if I was visiting friends.
Another wonderful weekend in your excellent hotel. Food and accommodation as usual the best and you made us all so welcome.
Thank you for making our visit to Wales so enjoyable. As always, the food was outstanding - delicious and inventive - and the [specially requested] consommé just as good as last year's! Thank you too for organising (and re-organising) for us to be on the first floor. It did help.
Your hospitality seemed to us to set new standards - I am still marvelling that you had remembered I do not like spinach. It was typical of the attention to detail in everything at Lloyds. We felt that you achieved luxury and perfection in a nutshell.

a memorable occasion. I know that all the guests will go home and
remember their wonderful stay for a long time to come. Your hospitality,

Another truly wonderful stay. The food was better than ever, how you manage to think up all those fantastic dishes I do not know. We always look forward to our visit, it is such a treat for us both and we always feel pampered and spoilt.
Thank you both as always for another superb night at Lloyds, we all had a most enjoyable time. You both work so hard to please people and ensure that all are comfortable - it really is appreciated. Mary was enthralled - so much so that she very kindly gave Bryan and I a bottle of wine as a thank you for bringing her to Lloyds.
