Pros: Toilet roll was provided and washing up liquid and cleaning brush, sugar and teabags - appreciated that.

Cons: Unfortunately reception was closed before 6pm. We didn’t see any staff member during entire staff. Didn’t require entertainment passes. We were here purely for accommodation. We had no hot water (suspect gas hadn’t been turned on). Host answered phone immediately and travelled to us to get this sorted out. He offered a further night free but we couldn’t accept this due to work commitments. Delay to our day meant we missed first train on the trip we were doing (only 2 trains per day on steam railway) which was a shame but host refunded 20% of our stay.

Very enjoyable, would definitely recommend to others.

Pros: Nice location easy access to the coastal path. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Easy to follow instructions to access the caravan. Very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Only issue we had was with the gate to the site being locked when we arrived back after having dinner out. We didn't know what time it was locked so had to park on the carpark outside the site. So no big drama.

Pros: Lovely and clean. Everything in there that you need for a comfortable stay. Owner very helpful and easy to contact.
