Large, luxury stay in Hay-on-Wye

Pros: The house is very large and beautifully done up. It felt warm, comfortable and luxurious and there was a good attention to detail. It is in an ideal location with shops and places to eat on the door step. The teens with us enjoyed the basement and adopted study on the top floor to hang out in. Kitchen is well equipped and good parking.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like it was great

Pros: Quality of accommodation outstanding with comfortable beds and seating. Located in centre of town but quiet.

Pros: Location central to Hay, lovely interior & comfortable furniture. Beds are extremely comfortable . Kitchen outstanding. Every utensil you could need was available. Lovely home. There were a few essentials provided, eg., Washing up liquid cleaning materials, tea, coffee, sugar & welsh cakes & milks to get us started. The gamesroom was a big plus entertaining everyone yet out of the way enough! No real complaints & I will recommend it thoroughly.

Cons: Upstairs bathrooms smelled a little muddy, maybe an airfreshner is needed, also the cellar gamesroom. The lavender in the garden smells lovely but the wasps were a real deterrent ti sitting outside so maybe a waspcatcher would be handy?
