Beautiful countryside location, home from home, lovely host.

Pros: Really nice clean cottage, some lovely goodies left for us all homemade by Janet. The best eggs we have ever tasted!

A beautiful cottage owned and run by wonderful people, 40 seconds away from my new favourite pub!

Pros: What did I like about this property? Everything! It’s as pretty as it looks in the photos, it’s charming inside, warm, cosy and comfortable. There’s a wonderful log fire to fall asleep in front of and when you do go to bed, if you open the window all you can hear is the stream. Just wonderful. But it gets better! The owners are two of the nicest people I’ve met and couldn’t have done more to make my stay as enjoyable as possible! The world needs more people like you! But it gets even better than that! 40 seconds walk away is the Shoemakers! An outstanding community owned pub. Great beer, great company, superb experience. All in all I cannot recommend this property enough.

Cons: What didn’t I like? Leaving at the end of my stay. I’ll be back for sure.
