Neuadd Henllan Lodge

Pros: The Lodge was lovely and clean, staff really friendly and helpful. Room had everything needed, breakfast was lovely. Great value for money. Would definitely go back.

Truly exceptional service

Pros: We had a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and the accommodation was spotless. A special thank you to the receptionist who checked us in — he went above and beyond, even meeting my colleague at the roadside to guide her safely to the hotel. Truly exceptional service. We enjoyed a lovely curry and drinks in the evening, and the room was peaceful, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Overall great value for money for a work trip. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Super convenient for the event I was attending. Room was bigger than I expected (single room) and great value for money. Excellent to have a restaurant and bar available too.

Pros: Property was perfect for our reason for visiting wales. Property was clean comfortable & the staff couldn’t have done any more for us.

Cons: Property looked a little run down on the outside but my guess would be that is because it’s January & be better with the summer colours. The bar wasn’t open except for a staff party which we were told we could join if we wanted but that was the only time open also no restaurant food. However if we needed to go that way again we would stay there.

Value for money, and comfortable accommodation

Pros: We found the room to be adequate for an overnight stay, and comfortable. The quality of the bed and bedding was excellent, and warranted a positive comment from us. We would definitely recommend anyone staying there.

Cons: The only slight drawback was the shower boiler, which is an in-line electric instant heater, which could not be set any hotter. It is always nice to have a really hot shower in cold weather. It was not very hot, but was not cold.

Good value stop over

Pros: Super convenient for our event and a welcome decent bed for the night after three nights of camping. Breakfast was excellent also

Cons: Rooms are in need of some general maintenance. Shower shelf could have fallen and broken a toe at any time.

Pros: Straightforward to book in following clear instructions on where the lodge was. Clean and comfy room.
