Pros: Lovely rooms with living room area in each, lovely hot showers, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious meal in the evening with lots of veggie options.

Cons: Single beds were a bit 'noisy' and one member of our party would have preferred a cooked breakfast but the rest thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast with lots of fresh fruit!

Beautiful wecoming mid Wales pub

Pros: Lovely friendly welcoming pub. Beautiful recently renovated suite of rooms. We didn't have our dog with us but ideal for dog too. Area amazingly beautiful and by Offa's Dyke

Pros: The Royal Oak is a really lovely place to stay - it's a friendly environment with the exact charm you'd want from such a lush rural area. We were greeted warmly by both the local customers and the staff, and felt comfortable quite quickly. The rooms themselves are modern and clean, with excellent facilities. The Royal Oak provided everything we were after and more, the breakfast spread being quiet generous! I'd highly recommend them

The best of Offa's Dyke Path - warm local hospitality with excellent accommodation and meals
