relaxing and very enjoyable
Pros: very comfortable caravan with everything you could need for a holiday and the owners where helpful and very nice id definitely go again x
Cons: nothing it was lovely and a great sea view x

Very memorable holiday with beach right at the door step.
Pros: The location of the caravan is excellent. The place was clean and all required facilities were there. We don't need to get the entertainment tickets for the venue. We need only pool tickets only if you need to use the pool facility. We had a good weather and were swimming at the sea than the pool. Great place to visit, managed to even climb Snowdon mountain. Only 70mins drive from the caravan. Excellent wifi connection at the caravan..
Cons: The staff at reception could have been more helpful, was not aware of the entertainment details, app wasn't working, Didn't provide the code for the barrier at the entrance. I would encourage other travellers to collect the information on arrival itself including barrier code.

Relaxing break
Pros: This is our second year at Sunnysands 346. Once again we had a lovely relaxing time.. The caravan was spotless, a definite home from home. The owner even thanks us for being a returning customer by leaving a lovely bottle of bubbly.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Family Time
Pros: The location was lovely, just where we wanted it near the beach, and the carvan 346 was in a good position on the site ,close to the beach and facility on the site. A good-sized van with lovely seating areas inside and out so you could relax 😃 👍 in all lovely time had.
Cons: The site did not have a restaurant where you could get an evening meal . The fish and chip shop had only pizzas if you did not order.

Break with elderly mother and son.
Pros: The caravan was lovely and the location was beautiful. The master bedroom was great size and best I've seen in a caravan. Everything you need for a break away, cooking facilities were great and loved the teal egg and toast machine. Hosts answered queries quickly when contacted. View of sea from van was beautiful and mountains on opposite side.
Cons: The caravan had huge decking all the way round but lack of furniture to appreciate the great location. No instructions for heating and gets cold at night.

Best caravan I’ve ever stayed in
Pros: The caravan is amazing in a prime location. It’s clean inside and has everything you need. The owner also super friendly and is there for you if you need any help. Best caravan I’ve ever stayed in

Great location by the beach.
Pros: The location by the beach was ideal, and the pool on site was lovely. We were lucky to arrive on a day the site was celebrating it's 100th birthday, so my daughter got to meet all the characters which she loved, and there was a stage set up outside with music on all afternoon.
Cons: The caravan was left with no gas, so on our first morning we had no hot water to shower or wash pots. We had to call the owners and then follow it up with reception twice before the manager of the site agreed to replace one of the tanks for us, and was then going to sort with the owners.

Perfect Stay
Pros: We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect, so close to the sea. The caravan was spotless. It had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great too. We will definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing not to like about the caravan or the location. Shame the weather let us down.

Great stay
Pros: Caravan was clean amd plenty of utensils, storage and cleaning products was a bonus too. The owner answered everything we asked for including WiFi password 😀
Cons: Could do with outdoor table and chairs (just my opinion)
