Amazing host

Pros: The lady who runs the hotel is lovely, made us and our dog feel very welcome. Lola was spoilt rotten and made to feel at home. It is a very short walk from Llangollen centre. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Fabulous place, excellent location and wonderful welcome

Pros: Great location, close to the town centre - 5 - 10 minute walk at the most. Lovely warm welcome from Trisha, spacious room overlooking the garden, comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Was a bonus for us to be able to have our dog with us while having breakfast rather than having her bark in the room. Really lovely place to stay, highly recommend Hillcrest and would definitely stay here again. Thank you :-)

Cons: Nothing not to like, everything was just perfect.

A beautiful period property in a great location

Pros: Great location near the main area of Llangollen with its own car park. A beautiful period property with a very comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

Cons: There was an issue with lack of hot water one morning but the problem was quickly rectified

Pros: We loved our stay here and wished we'd stayed an extra night. Felt just like home. We took our doggy with us, and she was made to feel so welcome. Room was spacious and very clean. Extra radiator, which we used on a cold night. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast included which was lovely. Utilised the lounge space to watch a film. Very close to town so just a short walk. Very reasonably priced.

Pros: Great location, we stayed for 1 night for our Anniversary our room was beautiful, very comfy bed, and to top it off a delicious breakfast in the morning can't fault anything.
