Small but fine for a very short stay
Pros: The location is just off the A5, northwest of Shrewsbury. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The property is very small - the bathroom, including the shower cubicle, is fine, but there is little room around the bed to move around, and in the same room is the sofa, coffee table and counter with microwave and kitchen stuff with fridge below. There is nowhere to wash up - which is not a problem if you are only having breakfast there. We had to ask our host to wash up for us as we had tea there as well.

Nice small en-suite studio for short stays
Pros: Very clean and owner kindly left fresh milk along with tea and coffee
Cons: A matter of personal choice but I found the bed way to soft

Delightful, peaceful and very pleasant with the added bonus of the friendly Cat too. π
Pros: A very peaceful, clean and wonderful place to stay. We are very happy with our experience while staying at pear tree cottage. The lovely lady who rented the property to us was very polite, informative and pleasant... An all round very pleasing experience, well worth staying there again in the future.
Cons: Nothing.

Lovely location, helpful owner.οΏΌ
Pros: Lovely location, ideal for a one night stop over. Owner was very helpful.
Cons: Some areas could do with a bit of TLC and the mattress is just starting to go. But none of this distracted from the stay.

Small and cozy space.
Pros: The place was clean and all on one level, except a small step on entry. Well stocked with what was needed for a short stay. Great that there was a fridge with a small ice box as the weather was very warm.
Cons: We both have disabilities so the walk from and to the car with luggage was difficult.

An cosy, inexpensive cottage, in a location that is easy to explore Shrewsbury.
Pros: A lovely little property, cosy and did the job perfectly for a weekend trip away with a friend. Cereal and Milk provided which was welcome. The recommended pub with a mile The old three pigeons was also a perfect place for food.
Cons: Bathroom tap needs fixing as hard to turn and drips. This is extremely minor, just pointing it out. The cottage itself canβt really be faulted.
