Very comfortable stay.

Pros: Excellent location close to the seaside and the shops. Two big comfortable double bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: would have been good to know from the start that it had 4 floors including the living room in the basement (which was nice but not convenient to use). There was no reason to go to the living room at the basement as there was only aerial tv (no Netflix etc).

Great house in great location close to 2 lively pubs we enjoyed our stay

Pros: Property was located close to town centre, easy to access it was comfortable and perfectly suited to mount needs!

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property in fairness

Quirky 4 storey house

Pros: Very good location with a cheap public carpark a short walk away £7 for 24 hours.The house was very quirky and old, the stairs are a bit scary if you have young children or dogs but adds to the character of the property.

Lovely catchup with old friends and very cosy house

Pros: Loved the actual feel of the house how it had been modernized but too much so didn’t lose that Victorian charm. Was wonderful for us old girls of the uni to meet up and see each other again. The fireplace and basement was such a cute cosy area we enjoyed spending time in there very much.

Cons: A few towels have little specs on so would advise host to get new towels and possibly make them bigger as we’re quite small. Maybe some blackout blinds also for bedrooms as light from streetlights was very noticeable all night. As we were checking out some maintenance painting on outside was being done and had a few drips onto us as he was doing. We weren’t aware of this and am sure wasn’t host fault more council.

Pros: We love the location and have stayed at the property before. We also love the quirkiness of the property, and reallyserved the purpose fir our family visit

Cons: The parking, particularly when unloading and loading at start & end of visit, unless you are lucky to get a place in the restricted street parking at that time. This time we also utilised the long stay car park. I feel that some of the kitchen equipment, pans, oven trays should be replaced, some are very tired, and one fry pan we had to line with foil to use it. I think improving the dining chairs should be considered, and making 6 available in the dining area. I think my daughter's, and granddaughters were worried about me staggering out of the bedroom in the middle of the night and falling down the stairs...provision of a sensor light would prevent needing to leave a light on all night. We also found we couldn't open the rear bedroom window, and the fan did not work, which, given the weather at the time, was a problem for some in our party! This may seem a lot, but I just wanted to highlight how this could be even better for visitors comfort, along with some tlc in places. As my granddaughter has been at Uni in Aberystwyth, and this being her final year, I will possibly not have the opportunity to visit again, but thank the hosts for 2 good stays.

Pros: Great location, everything we wanted was in walking distance. Very clean

Cons: A pity there was no parking available but that’s what’s to expect with a town house

Pros: Good central location. Very clean. Good facilities. Overall very good and fair value for money. Well equipped

Cons: Pet smell on leather sofa although I accept this is a pet friendly house on lower floors. Maybe they can be covered where pets are staying and cleaned after? Could do with non slip bath mat for when showering. Stairs are OK but maybe not so easy for elderly and they do eat into landing area outside bathroom. Layout of basement lounge needs a bit more thought - doesn't feel welcoming with 2 sofas side by side

Fantastic property

Pros: The property is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need and more. The stairs may be difficult for some to manage but it went a problem for us. Will definitely recommend!

A lovely overly overnight stay ideal for 3 adult family as you get 3 bedrooms

Pros: Location is central. A 5 min walk away from centre which is better as Better parking options. Short term while you unload or ideal if only overnight. Has everything you would want on a home all spotlessly clean.
