Bron Eryri - Our Cosy House opposite the entrance to Portmeirion!

Lovely place highly recommend staying there

Pros: Was very cosy in a nice quiet area close to portmeirion where we wanted to visit and also close to porthmadog property was very clean

Cons: Nothing was a lovely stay

Pros: Very cosy, lovely living room, perfectly formed, fantastic walk-in shower, paarking directly opposite, great location, very helpful owners :-)

Cons: The only niggle was the mattress on my single bed. It dipped in the middle and I'd wake up with aching hips. Informed the owners, were apologetic, genuinely didn't seem to know and said they will improve it 👍

Pros: The house was very nice and cosy and it had everything we needed for our stay

Close to Portmeirien, accommodation cosy and great shower.

Pros: Had breakfast in a cafe nearby, good value and tasty

Cons: Parking in the evening was hit and miss not always a space on car park near property so had to drive around to find a space in the area on 2 of the 4 nights.

Quite pleasant.

Pros: An easy walk to Portmerion Village. Washing machine.

Cons: It is noisy as on a busy T intersection. No hand towels upstairs and downstairs or hand wash in upstairs bathroom. NO garbage liner but expected to empty garbage and recycling in the bins outside.

Lovely comfortable stay

Pros: Location for Portmeirion, car park, ease of access and locking up. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Nothing, didn’t know it had no bath but didn’t matter.

Pros: It was close to Portmieron entrance. The price was great.

Cons: A couple of the towels were a little worn and the parking isn't great.

Absolutely loved Portmeirion and this accommodation is perfectly situated across the road from the entrance

Cosy, convenient stay

Pros: Positives: A lovely, cosy property that’s ideal for three adults sharing or a short stay. The space is bright, clean, warm, and well-maintained, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The bedding is comfortable and inviting, though the mattresses are on the softer side, which may not suit all preferences. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Portmeirion and conveniently close to Minffordd train station. There are visitor parking bays directly opposite the property, and it’s also a pleasant walk into Porthmadog, which offers a variety of local amenities.

Cons: Areas for Improvement: The shower could benefit from improved water pressure and temperature consistency. Additionally, basic toiletries such as shower gel were not provided, and the hand wash was nearly empty. The downstairs WC tap was out of order; however, the host did inform us of this at check-in. The TV functionality is limited, as it only works with personal streaming accounts and does not support screen mirroring or casting. The remote control was also difficult to use and may need new batteries or replacement.
