A great one night stay

Pros: I love the sap I got full body massage the lovely lady who did was call Tracey she was amazing make me feel so welcome so relaxed the the spa was amazing and the staff was lovey and friendly as well

Cons: I didn't like that u got pay £2 for a towel for the spa if u dont have one as I have stay so may spa never been change for one then £ 14 for breakfast as well I would say there was much for the price u pay if it was with the price off the room yes but u got pay that as well separate as well but part from that it was good

The hotel provided a good value facility and I would return.

Pros: Warm welcome from staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast.

Cons: Dinner was very expensive and the menu had no choice of traditional British fare.

Aa relaxing, quiet stay, close to the center of Llan

Pros: We upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely worth it! The room is very big with a beautifully large, comfortable bed, a small lounge and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom was very big and spacious and we really enjoyed relaxing in the jet bath. The staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! The center of LLangollen is a short walk away and there are so many excursions one can do from here with a car.
