Great location, great service and food!

Pros: Great location, all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing!

Pleasant Hotel.

Pros: A pleasant place to stay, with friendly helpful staff. Room 121 was good, but a very long way from reception, and at the age of 92 I found it too far. If I return I will ask for something more suitable.

Cons: Remote room. No bathrobes

A great couple of days well worth a visit.

Pros: We had both breakfast & dinner in the hotel and both were excellent. The staff were very friendly and provided an great service. The room was a good size with a great bathroom and fantastic shower The bed was enormous and comfy. The Hotel was in the centre of town so great for shopping.

Cons: I am trying to thin of something we didn't like but every thing was great

Smashing place to stay!

Pros: Location in the town, facilities in the hotel, comfort of the bedroom, and quality of the breakfast.

Great accommodation shame about a few of the staff.

Cons: The staff whilst pleasant lacked experience, on Valentines night our meal was somewhat spoilt by a fillet of beef not steak arriving rare, we weren’t asked how we liked it cooked by the waitress and the chef didn’t have it checked, poor attention to detail.

Love this hotel

Pros: 2nd time visiting here and we love the hotel it's right in the heart of Ludlow and very convenient for all amenities

Cons: 3 couples stayed and When we arrived we all met for a drink and both rooms at the front the hotel were empty but every table was not cleaned so had to do this ourselves- it wasn't busy either so would expect staff to clear tables

Very pleasant and enjoyable.

Pros: Very pleasant experience, exceeding our expectations. A good mixture of old charm and modern conveniences. Very helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the fruit platter in the room on arrival, a very nice surprise. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant had a nice ambiance.

Cons: Parking was a bit tight - needed a 53-point turn to get out!

Overall a very enjoyable stay and would consider returning for another stay . Ludlow is lovely.

Pros: I liked that the hotel was clean and tidy, the shower and bed were very comfortable and queries were quickly addressed. The hotel receptionist called Louise was very welcoming and helpful and deserving of a mention for her warmth and friendliness.

Cons: The meals were a bit on the expensive side and we had to wait a long time to eat.

Pros: The whole building is beautiful and has a wonderful feeling about it. Our room was perfect for us and the bed exceptionally comfortable and we appreciated being upgraded. Everyone working here are so friendly and helpful.
