Overall al lovely property nice and clean with good facilities and lovely bedrooms.

Pros: The location was ideal for the racecourse and the property was lovely and clean

Cons: Decided not to eat in the hotel in the evening after looking at recent reviews. Breakfast was average. Slightly overcooked and luke warm. And the people served after us had very well done breakfast items on their plates. So guessing the earlier you get breakfast the fresher the meal.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good

Cons: Phone in the bedroom was not working. Luckily we didn't need it

A pleasant weekend stay in a historic property just outside Ludlow

Pros: Big comfortable room. Large comfortable bed. Tea, coffee and milk provided. Excellent breakfast

Cons: Radiator in bathroom was switched off on arrival but soon warmed up.

It suited our purpose.

Pros: Breakfast was very good.we did not participate in dinner as we were at an event.Staff we’re very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The outside of the building is tired and needs attention. The paving stones on the steps to the front door are broken or cracked which could prove a danger. Inside some of the carpets in the corridors are showing some wear but other than that everything was fine. We didn’t use the spa so I’m unable to comment.

Lovely, relaxing stay with attentive and kind staff

Pros: Lovely property, the staff were very attentive and even upgraded us for free which was very kind. The restaurant food was delicious and great value for money. The spa was the most outstanding feature with beautiful views and a very peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be back
