Old Post Office

Great little place to stop in a really friendly, beautiful village,

Pros: The property was great. Perfect location, super clean and lots of little touches that made the stay excellent.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location in the centre of the town and next to the pub was great. It was well equipped with everything we could need

Cons: If I was being fussy, I would say I would have preferred a bigger bed. That said, everything was great and we were happy with the property. Thank you

Stay at the Old Post office

Pros: The Apartment was in a very convenient location, beautifully decorated, and it was nice and tidy. We had a lovely stay, even if it was just for a night, we enjoyed it. The host was brilliant. Instructions were clear.

Right in the heart of Talgarth - this place is really comfortable with everything you need.

Pros: Very central. Comfortable and quiet. Short drives needed to start hiking routes. Talgarth is a beautiful little town with cute shops and friendly people. The apartment building is easy to access, the flat has everything you need, there is a local co-op within walking distance that’s open until 22:00

Cons: The parking is a short drive away. It is a free car park, but you’ll need to park on double yellows outside the property to unload your bags if you have more than one as the car park is too far away if you have heavy bags / cases

Clean and comfortable stay

Pros: Clean and comfortable. The area was fairly remote and quiet. The shower was very good. The sofabed was adequate for 2 small kids. The kids liked the beanbag. The main bed was comfortable but felt hot with the choice of mattress topper / duvet material. We would consider staying again.

Cons: Not enough towels etc left as we stayed with children and they were not left anything. Communication was slow to be replied to before the trip commenced. The building had scaffolding up and builders on site which may have been nice to know before booking. It has work to complete and the information sent out explains the history of the building and conversion plans. the radiator in the bathroom did not have an off switch which could have been a problem if it was hot weather. The extractor also did not work so might need some attention to prevent damage long term.

Pros: Fabulous apartment,great location. Clean, everything in apartment you would need for your stay. Travelled with my dog lots of walks near by, parking nearby. Really enjoyed my 5 night stay.

Pros: Lovely location for walking and exploring the area, all the locals we met were friendly, chatty and helpful The little flat was clean and comfortable with everything you need to cater for yourself but there are plenty of options for eating out there as well

What a find!

Pros: What a lovely find! Great location, great facilities, super clean and welcome! My family loved staying here for 2 nights. We slept very well, comfortable bed and all the little treats of a 5 star place! The ice cream shop is a must! And so is the coffee/ book place nearby. We went there everyday and really enjoyed it! 5 stars!!!
