Robyns Nest

Lovely, very private stay.

Pros: We booked very last minute and we arrived early in the morning before the owners Wendy & Colin had been informed by Booking.com. As such they did not even know we were coming and was on the way to their own caravan holiday. I spoke to Wendy on the phone and she immediately turned around to come back and let us in, cancelling her own holiday. They were so accommodating and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

A relaxing stay in a rural area.

Pros: We enter the property using the key code. Very soon Wendy and Colin came to welcome us and explain everything we needed to know. There was milk in the fridge, coffee, tea and sugar. There was also a variety of sachets of others drinks including hot chocolate. The view from window was amazing and there was a table and chairs outside for us to use (unfortunately the use of these was restricted by the rain!)

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Clean, comfortable and cosy property set in lovely countryside!

Pros: Wendy and Colin were always communicative and sent me accurate details for check-in before my arrival. Once checked in, I was very impressed with the comfort of the property. Whilst being quite small, as expected, it was more than spacious enough for up to two people. It had all the facilities you might need and the welcome pack in the kitchen was much appreciated. The bed was particularly comfortable and I slept really well. The property is slightly out of town/village but this wasn't a problem. It had off road parking, with a few steps leading up to the accommodation. Although out working early n the morning and not retunring until approx 7pm, I really enjoyed my stay here, thank you!

Cons: The only thing I think that would have liked added to what is a really lovely property, would be having a smart tv with internet access to such channels as Netflix etc., rather than a basic tv. But I guess most sensible holidaymakers (rather than working visitors like me) wouldn't want to waste time watching tv when you have such a wonderful countryside to explore all around you!

Pros: Fabulous location - peaceful, with lambs in the field above, plus the occasional red kite.

Pros: Excellent clean well equipped cottage. Stunning views from all off the windows and terrace in peaceful location. Wendy and Col were very lovely helpful hosts if problems arose Available but not overbearing. They even printed out a route map for our return journey.

Pros: Location was stunning. Lovely get away destination. Owners very nice & friendly.

Cons: It was very warm in our room. A fan might be a great addition in the hot weather.

Pros: Amazing place, can't fault anything about the accommodation, the hosts or the setting. I will definitely be back.

Pros: Very clean with all necessary amenities present. Bed was very comfortable. The owners were attentive and helpful. Beautiful location and well lit at night so the property can be accessed safely.

Cons: Perhaps a full length mirror if enough room available?

Pros: the property is very clean, very comfortable, great location for a nice peaceful break. the accommodation has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay, great location for exploring Welshpool etc. off road parking
