Pros: The staff were very friendly and attentive if needed but weren't intrusive . I could choose whether I wanted breakfast or evening meal each day which was helpful for me . I could come and go as I pleased without bothering staff .

Cons: Personally I found the stairs a little daunting, being in my seventies I was quite breathless when I reached my room but this would not put me off returning for another stay .

Perfect central location with nearby council car park. Very comfortable room.

Pros: Very comfortable room. Small balcony, which was a bonus. Lovely views.

Pros: Lovely room and location. Pretty views and the food was very tasty and value for money.

Cons: Heating came on in the night and it was too hot in the room.

Pros: Comfortable. Lovely bedroom every thing you need. Great breakfast

Cons: No car park. I know it’s not the fault of the pub. But still a bit inconvenient.

Brilliant stay & definitely would come back here

Pros: The property was in easy reach to all shops bars & the castle.The property was absolutely spotless clean.The breakfast was amazing & great value for money.Our room had everything you could need.Hosts & all the staff were pleasant & nothing to much trouble

Pros: In the heart of town, close to the castle and St Laurence. Friendly staff, good food and drinks,

Cons: Although this was no inconvenience for our group, there is no onsite parking. We dropped bags and parked in Smithfield as this is cheapest. It's a 10min walk. There is a bus too. We found our room a bit hot at night at first.

Very enjoyable stay, wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, that made the stay one of the best I've had in Ludlow. Food is really good, breakfast is exceptional.

Cons: One of the doorways was a little low for me - but given the age of the building there isn't much that can be done about it.
