Pros: Clean well presented provided all basics needs to cook and clean provided a smart tv in both rooms so easy to watch film or program at night time great value for the location definitely stay again

Cons: Only issue we have was no road to get to the property only accessible by steps witch not ideal for anyone who as mobility issues

Very relaxed stay :-)

Pros: Lovely little apartment, with the comfiest bed and the softest sheets. Easy check in and the box of chocolates were a greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

January Stay!

Pros: Fantastic stay at Penbryn. Clear check in instructions. Lovely apartment/flat, very cosy. Perfect size, comfy bed, lovely touches leaving us biscuits and a box of chocolates. Well equipped kitchen. There are a fair few steps up so not suitable if you have mobility issues. Amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like, however a couple of things to improve on...... *salt and pepper in the apartment to go with tea, coffee and sugar *just a little bit of tlc required to spruce the accommodation up in places These are in no sense meant to be negative, we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect

Pros: Perfect! Second time I’ve stayed here and I’ll come back again. Love the location, worth the steps for the wonderful view. Property has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting different places in Snowdonia.

Pre Christmas bliss and much needed peace.

Pros: Location, cleanliness and quietness. Nice touches like milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, detergent and dishwasher tablets.

Cons: Shower leaked. Door would not shut completely.

Brilliant cosy stay in Barmouth

Pros: Brilliant spot above town, perfect for getting to the beach and for a pint afterwards! Easy access takes about a minute from the road, stairs are fine. Feels just set back enough and the views are gorgeous. Facilities great and bed very super comfortable. Brilliant communication as well. We will defo be back. Thanks you!
