Top Cottage Barmouth

Wonderful relaxing weekend in Barmouth. Very well equipped cottage. Would recommend.

Pros: Beautiful location with great views from the window seats. Cute, comfortable cottage with the best shower! Good that a car parking pass was included

Beautiful cottage

Pros: The cottage was lovely cozy and a lovely view over the bay

Cons: The stairs leading upto it' sheila my partner fell up them and cut her knees' and with her bad back and legs she struggled' so i carried everything up to the cottage

Pros: Absolutely fabulous cottage with glorious views even in Winter. Very cosy & beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great customer service from our host Kate, would definitely recommend.

Lovely clean cottage, great views and location. Winding slate Steps and off site parking should be made clearer.

Pros: Quirky cottage we liked our short stay it has a great view short walk from the beach. Recommend Isis pizza on the front.

Cons: Access was tricky the steps would be a challenge for any person not physically able and fit and quite scary with young kids. Sat nav try’s to take u up the alley where the house is which isn’t possible by car. Parking is a short walk away using a council car park so dropping your luggage off and collecting the parking ticket was fun in peak traffic with no parking outside. The bed needs to be bigger and side tables would be good. WiFi didn’t work but Netflix saved us. Don’t let this put you off but the advert should definitely mention the amount steps and off site parking. Spoke to Kate she answered our questions we would stay again.

Cons: Having to leave!

Pros: The cottage and view from it was very nice. Friendly neighbours all very happy to either have a chat or leave you alone.

Cons: To be honest, the listing didn't make it clear that the cottage was NOT friendly for those who are less mobile. Lugging heavy bags up that hill is not the most comfortable thing in the world and would appreciate a warning.

Small but beautifully appointed cottage

Pros: The cottage was small but chaming and very cosy and comfortable. Lovely view down the hill to the sea. A pleasure to have a cup of tea in the morning and look down over the town.

Cons: Access to the property is up lots of steps. Can not park or get close by car. Not a problem if you're relatively fit and don't have much luggage. Also there wasn't a spare toilet roll (had to buy our own after using the half roll that was there) and it's my worst nightmare running out of loo roll! But otherwise very well appointed.

Lovely, characterful property

Pros: Lovely characterful house with excellent facilities and amazing views

Cons: Access was steep for cyclists!!! Not sure where dustbin was located.

Pros: The cottage was beautiful with stunning views. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could want. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely like to return.
