Pros: The area was beautiful. The house was very nice. Hot tub was nice.

Cons: We had a few hiccups on arrival. They did get sorted out but it was very cold waiting.

Comfortable property in ultra convenient location, friendly host/ owner

Pros: Location, character, David eg immediately ordered missing oven gloves

Cons: Could be improved with some simple / inexpensive updates: pull out bed difficult (£40 setup charge is not justified), bins for kitchen waste & recycling, sharp knifes, toilet brush falls apart at the base But, these are outweighed by the positives

a lovely cottage in perfect location but I wouldnt book with Pass the Keys and Superhog again.

Pros: Lovely cottage in a perfect location. Very close to Carding Mill Valley National Trust.

Cons: I didnt like being bombarded with emails, texts and phone calls by Pass the Keys and Superhog prior to our stay. There's a hidden (not mentioned in the listing) damage deposit of either non refundable £40 or refundable £500 which comes with a non refundable £10 admin fee. This £500 actually left our account before we arrived. It's a lot of money we hadnt budgeted for and it took two weeks to get back after our departure.
