Thursdays Corner Tudor Cottage

A lovely cozy stay in a beautiful historical cottage, in the middle of the villages, spacious for two.

Pros: It was cozy, but spacious. Well furnished, with all you needed for an enjoyable stay. Location was great , with access to facilities, places to eat, the hills. Loved how the historical details were kept, and made features.

Cons: No info really where to recycle

Cosy, well equipped cottage in the centre of a lovely town.

Pros: We had 4 nights at this delightful cottage. Leigh greeted us on our arrival and gave us a lot of very useful information about local walks, places to eat etc.. The cottage was warm, comfortable, well equipped and in a central location - certainly a delight to come back to after a cold day out. There are a lot of excellent walks from the door so we didn’t need to use our car at all during our stay. We highly recommend Church Stretton, and especially Thursday Corner, as somewhere to stay in Shropshire

Perfect break away in a beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need.

Pros: Beautiful accommodation. Spacious and cosy. The hosts have thought of everything a guest might need during their stay. The property was immaculately clean, a must for us. Nice little treat of chocolate and wine on arrival. Had some lovely walks around, no need to move the car all weekend. Places to eat a short walk away and a lovely pub just a 25 minute walk into little Stretton. The Ragleth Inn, nice Sunday lunch. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfect cottage in a perfect situation

Pros: We loved this small, yet spacious cottage. It was spotless, everything we could wish for was easy to find and available to use. There was a lovely gift waiting for us and beautiful handwritten welcome card. The cottage is situated at the beginning of Church Stretton perfect for exploring the village and heading straight out on walks to the hills that surround the area. Contact from the owners was regular and informative. We would stay again and again.

Delightful period property in a wonderful location.

Pros: We were there to visit friends. The house was very conveniently situated being only a few minutes walk/drive from them.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Our stay was just a 3 night break. Much too short to enjoy the area so we will be returning.

Pros: Location absolutely exellent for town centre pubs, cafes, supermarket. Great walking area.

Cons: We loved everything about it.

Pros: Absolutely outstanding quality and attention to detail throughout. Sooooo comfortable.

Cons: Noisy traffic at night if you leave the bedroom window open (why do so many lorries go through Church Stretton?)… fine if window closed.

Modern kitchen, spotless, and comfortable with lovely old features.

Pros: Great home, had everything we needed. We could hike from the doorstep and there were plenty of places to eat a meal within walking distance.

Pros: Delightful cottage, well equipped and very clean - ideal location for shops (but not the busy end of the High Street) and for walks from the cottage.
