Lovely property.Just need attention to detail. Great location to the harbour, pubs and restaurants.

Pros: The house / cottage is lovely.Good location.Parking nearby with the permit.Close to the harbour and pubs. Great view from the top floor where the lounge is.Nice stone wall in the kitchen.

Cons: When we arrived on the Friday, the bins haven't been emptied.They were over flowing with rubbish and smelt bad.Maybe the bins wasn't going to be emptied until the Monday. There were about 5 flies in the lounge/ kitchen when we first arrived. The second bedroom ceiling light didn't work,so there were torches provided instead. Could do with a lighter to light the gas. Apart from this, the property is really lovely.

Pros: Lovely, clean and well located property. Everything supplied you could need.

Great location in Barmouth

Pros: The location is perfect, near restaurants and the beach. The decoration and style are very nice. The view from the lounge is just calm. Súper clean, specially the linen and towels you can tell were freshly cleaned (loved the scent). The house has all you need and more. On top of it the owners are lovely, had great communication and gave us wonderful tips to visit the surroundings.

Cons: All very good. Just a note to any travelers with weak knees as there are lots of steps. Also for a few months there is a construction work in front of the property that might be noisy in the morning.

Stunning views and great location

Pros: Great location, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Comfy beds and facilities were great. Dog friendly, so great for our spaniel Angus. Great communication with hosts.

Cons: No outside area but we knew this when we booked and it's so close to the beach with a garden over the road it wasn't an issue.
