Pros: Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Delicious evening meals & breakfasts. Lovely comfortable rooms. Really warm. Exceptionally hot water for the bath which was fabulous. Extremely dog friendly. Great value. Fabulous decor & beautifully decorated old building.

Brilliant, Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Pros: Location was ideal as we were in transit from South to North Wales. The room was comfortable with a lovely bed. Breakfast was delicious. I had the Welsh Breakfast, highly recommended.

Cons: Dogs coming into dining area at breakfast.

Welcome escape from New Year’s Eve fireworks

Pros: Warm room with comfy bed and a small sofa to relax on. Liked that there was a bath. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of beverages in room. Breakfast was lovely. New Year’s Eve - absolutely zero fireworks. Happy dog.

Cons: Personally, not good if you have mobility/ balance issues- floor very uneven in bedroom, lots of stairs, shower is over the bath but the grab rail is the other end. Dinner was disappointing- fish and chips very greasy.

Happy New Year

Pros: Lovely large room and bathroom. Stayed 30th & 31st Dec, everywhere was beautifully warm, it was really cold outside. Good breakfast. Stayed several times before. Good location for walks and exploring that part of Wales.

Pros: the breakfast was lovely and as we were shooting over the road the location was perfect

Cons: Loose the showers over the baths and install proper shower cubicles with head room
