Pros: The location, opposite the beach is superb. Warm cosy and clean room. Food was freshly cooked and nicely presented.

Cons: The dinner menu was limited and on our stay there was no steak available, reducing the options further. There was no avocado available for breakfast. The shower was a bit hit and miss in room 8. On previous stays we had been given a parking permit for the car-park. On this occasion we were told there was no permit available and that we could park for free on the road. However there were no free spaces so we had to pay to park. Seabreeze was not quite what we had remembered from previous stays, but was perfectly adequate.

Pros: What a fabulous find, an absolute gem! Lovely bed and breakfast with a wonderful restaurant. Lovely comfortable room with amazing sea view.

Pros: Great room, comfortable ,clean and good view. Breakfast was first class and ate in the resteraunt in the evening, Food was fantastic. Will stay again in the future. Value for money. Beach accross the road, good walk along the dunes.
