A warm welcome, we would return

Pros: We were made to feel very welcome, thriving pub running downstairs which had a friendly atmosphere. Great location. Absolutely super breakfast. Nice room, warm and welcoming.

Cons: Nothing I would mention. They made every effort to please.

Lovely hotel in a close location to New Quay

Pros: Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Couldn't ask for a nicer welcome.

Cons: After a few drinks and watching the fireworks in the harbour, we arrived back at the hotel and I found the room very cold.

Pleasant enough.

Pros: The place was pleasant enough with a nice view from our room. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons: Location was a bit out from Town. It was raining so I didn't want to walk all that way. Like any low cost accommodation, it was a bit dated but reflected the price.

Warm and friendly welcome, fabulous!

Pros: Loved the decor, all the local historical photos were really cool to read in the bar, bed was crazy comfy we didn’t want to leave!

Please ignore all the bad reviews!!! The original owners are back and we had fantastic stay.

Pros: We were made incredibly welcome, especially our two spaniels. The room was spotless, with an incredibly comfy bed and a great shower. We were not expecting breakfast as the restaurant is currently closed, but the owner came in especially for us as we were the only guests. It was honestly the best cooked breakfast we have had in a long time, thank you!!!

Cons: The hotel is on the edge of town, approximately a 35 minute walk, which wasn't a problem at all for us, but something to be aware of.
