Fell in love with this place

Pros: Very good value for money vey clean excellent views of sea and estuary absolutely agree with Joshua 2025 only gripe was parking but thats nature of area will be coming back

Cons: Only thing was shower very hot or very cold

Pros: The staff were friendly and attentive, check in was effortless and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also ideal, with the beach right on the doorstep and public parking close by. Great food too. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area and will recommend to family and friends.

Pros: The bed was super soft with extra pillows in the room, lovely view over the water. Clean room crisp bedding. Very large spacious room

Cons: Heating was off when we arrived in the room so cold arrival. Toilet paper resembled a rivita, very rough

Pros: Nice modern feel to the rooms. Couldn’t tell that from the outside

Cons: Bit creaky at times as other people were moving around. Also on top of a pub so a bit of late night talking was expected

Pros: The room had fine views over the estuary. It was clean, modern, warm, and comfortable.

Cons: You can hear people using the bathroom in the room next door like they are in the same room! For the price, it would have been nice to have breakfast included.
