Parkers House Bed & Breakfast

Pros: The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious and Tina the host was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: I have no bad comments to make

This wasn’t my first visit and it won’t be my last. Fast becoming a favourite!

Pros: It’s absolutely stunning - this is a return visit. All the rooms are slightly different and the beds are so so comfortable. They should sell their pillows - they are divine!

Pros: Clean, tidy, well presented, quality extras and decor. Room 6 was a fantastic room, only disappointed by the late night outside activity. Not complaining as it’s a town centre location. Would stay again, just request a room at the back.

Pros: Felt cosy and had great decor. Great breakfast too.

Will return if back in Newtown or surrounding area

Pros: Room size was larger than expected. Small things like milk in a mini fridge and good choice of teas.

Beautiful, comfy and inviting

Pros: The quality was amazing - Egyptian cotton bed sheets and quality towels. The room itself was very posh with oak furniture. It was spotless, even the paint job on the walls looked fresh. I liked the self serve, we were given codes to access the private parking and entrance. Was so easy. Breakfast was excellent and quality standard.

Great location, clean and welcoming would recommend.

Excellent in every way

Pros: Parkers Guest house was absolutely 5 star and we were thrilled with everything. Communication was excellent re the parking - this was actually very simple and as we needed a quick change for an afternoon wedding Tina had our rooms ready for us! We also managed to sample an excellent flat white coffee and delicious homemade sandwiches served promptly downstairs in the restaurant - we didn't even have to leave the building. We would definitely recommend Parkers to anyone looking for a B & B in Newtown. The bedding and towels were of a very high quality and every little detail had been addressed. Breakfast was excellent too with many choices to suit every taste.

Cons: Obviously Parkers have no control over the noise outside the B and B and as it is situated in a convenient central location there was some of the usual Saturday night town centre noise. We still had a good nights sleep as the bed was really comfortable and the bedding and pillows etc of very high quality.
