Pros: This place is out of this world, with animals roaming, beautiful scenery and the staff can't do enough for you. The breakfast is so good. Definitely recommend this place.

The perfect place to stay

Pros: Everything was above expectation! Cathy and John were wonderful generous hosts, extremely helpful and welcoming. The food and drink were amazing. The room (including ensuite and kitchen!) was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, and attractive. The location was perfect for our needs. The accommodation within the house was highly characterful! The converted barn(?) serving as cafe and art gallery, was light, comfortable, and, once again, quite beautiful!

Pros: Very interesting and quirky. We stayed in the twin room and it was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean and spacious. We arrived Sun afternoon/evening, Cathy and John were very informative about the area and we were able to take a stroll around the gardens and view the sculptures. Cathy also put together a lovely supper which she served in the little area downstairs from our room, which was most welcome on a Sunday evening after a long drive. In the morning we had a lovely made to order breakfast. The artful, quirky nature of the property made for a refreshing change from more standard options.

Cons: Nothing really, it met all our expectations

Pros: Not your typical B&B but better for it! Wonderful warm hospitality from Cathy and John. Excellent breakfast cooked to order in fascinating surroundings with sculptures, ceramics and artwork to look at and resident peacocks wandering around.

Cons: The mattress in my room was creaky and could do with replacing.

An amazing find - loved it!

Pros: This was an amazing find - we loved it so much, we decided to stay another night! We were surrounded by incredible works of art and the whole place felt very homely and comfortable. Cathy was a great host - she even upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra charge. The breakfast was so tasty, including home grown produce and home made jams - absolutely delicious! We were on a road trip around Wales and this was by far our favourite place we stayed at and the best breakfast we had during our holiday! The bed was super comfortable too with lovely pillows and linen - we slept so well. We would love to return at some point, but in the meantime, we will be telling all our friends about this little gem! Highly recommend if you want a slightly different experience to your normal run of the mill B&B/hotel. Loved it!

Five star stay to completely unwind and feel at one with nature

Pros: The property is a gem and so unique. To stay here is to immerse yourself in a creative piece of heaven. The hostess Cathy is truly a delight - gold level customer service, fabulous cook and so interesting to chat to - nothing is too much to make your stay pleasurable. She goes above and beyond and makes you feel so at home and like family. The bed was super comfy with clean crisp sheets, lovely hot shower, slept like a log. Wonderful gardens and art exhibition to wander around and meet the resident peacock and peahen 🥰

Pros: Amazing breakfast made using local products and really well cooked. We also had fresh fruit and yoghurt and freshly brewed coffee. Thank you for setting us up for the day. The room was bright and airy, very comfortable and spotless.

The most enjoyable stay with fantastic hosts!

Pros: Lovely welcome by Cathy & John, who were fantastic hosts and very helpful when we had an extra request. A very comfortable stay, rooms were clean, bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was lovely! It was just a lovely stay on a whole, with the added bonus of being surrounded by fantastic Arts. Would 100% stay again!

Hugely enjoyable in every respect

Pros: Fantastic location, tremendous hosts and a lovely, airy room. Fellow guests were very friendly and engaged in conversation over breakfast which was fantastic.
