Burton Court

A Gem.

Pros: Difficult to put your finger on what we liked because everything about Burton Court blew us away. Would return in a heartbeat, the welcome and level of detail was outstanding. A giant thank you to our hosts.

Cons: Nothing whatsoever to dislike here.

A lovely stay

Pros: A very interesting house with a wealth of history. The owners Edward and Helen were amazing hosts, Edward even gave us a tour round which was amazing. Bedroom was spacious with a lovey large bathroom with a roll top bath.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Pros: Amazing place with lots of history. Such welcoming hosts who even gave us a tour of the house which includes a medieval hall. They were so attentive. The room was spacious when beautiful furniture and well equipped bathroom. Little touches like tea pot and proper tea, thick towels, breakfast in the house dining room with music from an old Swiss music machine. We had a fantastic weekend and would definitely recommend Burton Court to anyone.

Lovely, cozy and amazing hospitality

Pros: Very friendly and kind hosts, enjoyed all our time at Burton Court. Excellent, high quality breakfast. It was very kind of Edward showing us around the house and talking about its history. We also got good advice on visiting Gigrin farm to watch red kite feeding, ended up going there and it was a brilliant advice!

Definitely recommend, 10/10

Hidden Gem in a Beautiful area of Hereforshire

Pros: This is the a place that you really want to keep a secret, and share only with your friends. But here we go posting a review anyway. A simply beautiful place in a lovely part of the country with huge and atmospheric rooms, wonderful friendly hosts and a lovely breakfast made to order from local produce. A gem. Loved it.

Historic building for some peace and quiet

Pros: Beautiful historic building, friendly hosts and very clean room. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: This is the 2nd time we have stayed Burton Court....and it won't be the last! Host's Edward and Helen are simply wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they clearly work hard to ensure your stay at Burton Court is nothing short of excellent! We felt so comfortable and relaxed, we didn't want to come home. I have to mention the tasty breakfasts. All freshly cooked and simply mouth watering! I think you can clearly tell we enjoy our stay at Burton Court.

Beautiful manor run by a beautiful family, perfect location guaranteed a perfect vacation

Pros: The rooms were decorated to the period of the building, the hosts made you feel like family the breakfast was absolutely delicious locally sourced ingredients and fresh fruit definitely filled us for the day. The location was peaceful with a local walking routes to take in the beautiful countryside. The decor of the building was a feast for the eyes always something intriguing to look at and has a story behind it. Beautiful family who runs it in a beautiful manor our stay was perfect, thank you
