Our stay was comfortable and we will be returning.

Pros: The food and service is excellent. The host pleasant and pleased to help when needed. THe facilities are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is easy going and we was made to feel welcome.

Excellent food. Lovely staff.

Pros: The owners and bar staff were lovely. Had a really good chat with them in the evening. The evening meal as well as breakfast were both excellent. Very tasty.

Cons: The room was warm and comfy. The whole building could do with a facelift. Very dated and in need of up-dating. However the food and geniality of the staff make up for it.

Great location and food, friendly staff, not for the fussy traveler

Pros: Friendly family run Inn, quiet place so great if you’re after a relaxing getaway. The food was really good, I’d go back just for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even with the downsides, I’ll consider staying again.

Cons: Not an issue for me personally, but finding out on arrival that toilet and shower are in separate rooms might put some people off. Also, there were hairs in the dressing gown and bed, which could make me wonder if they had been washed/changed.
