Comfortable rooms and excellent food. Friendly staff and free EV overnight charging.

Pros: Dinner was exceptionally good but breakfast a little disappointing. The muesli was described as Bircher muesli but wasn’t anything other than the usual dry oats and fruit from a packet. The marmalade was an orange purée that really wasn’t marmalade. We didn’t have the cooked breakfast- we were still full from a wonderful dinner the night before, but looking at the plates of other guests it looked very good.

Highly recommend! Garden rooms are super lovely, staff are wonderful and food is excellent.

I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything. The little garden hut, the private wellness facilities, the food which, was incredible, and the staff were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough.

Unique, memorable and felt like an experience rather than just somewhere to sleep

Pros: A perfect, memorable, luxurious stay. The service was exceptional and extra thought was put into every aspect, making it a cut above the others in the area Eg. The best flapjacks I've ever tasted left in your room for you, locally sourced amazing smelling soap, toiletries etc, dog towel and bowl for your dog in the room. The food was outstanding including breakfast, which had unique and special options rather than just the standard. I had pear perdu for breakfast and have craved it ever since! Everything was locally sought and sustainability was prioritised without compromise on quality. Other hotels in the area for the same price are very nice but I feel don't offer the same unique experience, rather than the standard expectations of a nice hotel. We'll be back for sure!
